Our Mentorship Program
Stage 1
(A) Help and assistance with completing CQC Application forms – we will support you with the required application forms
(B) Preparation of CQC Policies and Procedures for the initial registration – Initial 10 policies required. – These will also be electronic
(C) Rest of Policies after the Initial 10 – hardcopy.
(D) Policies only 75+. We will provide you with a printed folder - each policy in a plastic wallet. Policy Only Price
(E) Renewal fee after first year – for updates and reprint your policies in the next trading year.
Stage 2
After 4-8 Weeks of Initial Application – CQC will require a list of requirements within a 7-14 day turn-around period - There will be about 50+ items required, for example: Business plans, Cashflows, Financial viability statements, service user information, staff information, plus basic training requirements for registered manager, nominated individual & staff.
Stage 3
The Final Stage - there will be a CQC Interview held, that may take place over the phone or they may come over to your premesises
